A Mountain Izakaya + sushi bar in Aspen, Colorado, serving Japanese dishes with Spanish influence. Hai Si is an extension of Chef Yoshi’s concept Otoko, a modern omakase restaurant housed in South Congress Hotel in Austin TX. Chef Yoshi’s iconic punk rock aesthetic carries through in the branding and design of Hai si.
